The last valid TTC is loaded automatically in case the corresponding
box is checked.
•
In the ESD auto-protection field the number of seconds is set after
which the device switches on the ESD-protection automatically.
•
If the ESD-auto-off time is set to 0 the ESD-protection is only turned
off during the measurements. This is the safest operation mode and
recommended to be used in unsafe environments.

Stop macro execution on failure: see section
measurements.

Enable frequency domain smoothing: this option can be used for de-
noising frequency domain results (S-parameter measurements). By
default the video bandwidth is set to 20MHz . The value can be set in
the configuration file Seunis.config.
•
Equalize transmission coefficients in F2P: only enabled if full 2-port S-
parameter measurement mode is available. If checked the mean value
of S12 and S21 parameters are calculated, in order to suppress asym-
metries of the measurement system. This option is only reasonable
for linear passive devices.
•
Suppress information in PDF-report: the user can suppress the output
of pass/fail information, dielectric constant, full PDF saving path, step
rise time, and signal velocity.
•
Set TTC-location: for multi-user systems the saving location for the last
known TTC/12TC can be modified. This circumvents problems with
