MP 4 is skipped and the values used from the reference measurement. +180° is not measured,
because this position corresponds to MP 1 -180°.
Example 5: Head kinematics with 2 rotary axes
1st and 2nd rotary axis: Starting angle = -120°, end angle = 120°, number of measuring points
= 6
1st rotary axis: Reference measurement not required.
MP 1=-120°, MP 2= -72°, MP 3= -24°, MP 4= 24°, MP 5= 72°, MP 6= 120°
2nd rotary axis:
Reference measurement: MP 1= 0°, MP 2= -120°, MP 3= -60°, MP 4= 0°, MP 5= 60°, MP 6=
120°
MP 4 is skipped because the reference measurement has already been performed.
In order to obtain a measurement result that is as precise as possible, the rotary axis range to
be measured should not be too small. With the setting data $SCS_MEA_KIN_MIN_ANG_POS,
a minimum angle can be set for the rotary axis range to be measured.
With the setting data $SCS_MEA_KIN_MIN_ANG_TRIANGLE, a minimum inner angle of the
measuring triangle can be specified for a measurement of the rotary axes with three measuring
points.
Measuring the kinematics
The linear vectors of the orientation axes are calculated from up to twelve measuring points
per rotary axis and entered optionally. With several changeable kinematics (e.g. changeable
heads for drilling machines), they are measured separately. A Z length reference is not
established between the individual kinematics. The active WO is not changed
