@f13 Optional characters
@f13 enables optional characters to be inserted in a block at a place defined by
"Word number in block". The precondition for this is that a block has previously been
read by means of @f10 or @f11. A maximum of 120 characters may be inserted if no
block information has existed before. Each individual character is stored in one input R
parameter. An R parameter field may incorporate a maximum of 120 R parameters. A
zero must be entered in the last R parameter as an end identifier of the input field.
