11.11 Part program handling

Read block out of program, absolute
With this @ code, a particular block specified by the absolute block address can be
read out of a part program. The precondition for this is that a part program has
previously been selected via @f01. The input R parameters "PP type" and "PP No."
are therefore identical with @f01.
The block is then located in a specially set up buffer memory and can thus be
processed. The buffer memory is cleared each time a new block is read, i.e. the old
block is overwritten.
