OPERATION
(E) Fore-and-aft adjustment of seat cushion
Operate lever (5) up, set the seat cushion to the desired position, then release the lever.
Fore-and-aft adjustment: 60 mm (2.4 in)
(F) Adjusting the air lumbar support
NOTICE
Avoid operating the air lumbar support switch continuously for 1 minute or
longer since such practice can damage the air compressor.
Turn the engine starting switch to ON position when performing
adjustments since the air compressor built in the seat is used for
this adjustment.
Operate the air lumbar support switch (6) to apply the suitable
tension to the lumbar part of the backrest.
Position for air inflation (a):
Air is pumped in the air bag in the backrest and the air bag is
inflated.
Position for air bleeding (b):
Air is bled from the air bag in the backrest and the air bag shrinks.
(G) Adjusting suspension danmper hardness
By operating the knob (7), the damping force of the suspension
damper can be adjusted.
To increase the damping force, direct the knob toward bottom
side (a) of the seat.
To decrease the damping force, direct the knob toward top (b)
of the seat.
Amount of adjustment
1st stage: at position (c)
2nd stage: at position (d)
3rd stage: at position (e)
4th stage: at position (f)
5th stage: at position (g)
REMARK
When you want to decrease the vertical movement of the
suspension, adjust the knob to 4th stage position (f) or 5th stage
position (g).
(The damper becomes harder.)
When you want to decrease the shock to the seat further, adjust
the knob to 2nd stage position (d) or 1st stage position (c).(The
damper becomes softer.)
