SERVICE PROCEDURE
CLEAN AIR CONDITIONER AIR FILTER (FRESH/RECIRC FILTER)
Clean the air conditioner air filter if it becomes clogged or if there is
dirt or oil stuck to it.
1. Open inspection cover (1) and remove fresh air filter (2).
2. Remove RECIRC filter (3) at the rear of the cab.
3. Use compressed air to clean filters (2) and (3).
If there is any oil stuck to the filter or it is extremely dirty, wash
it in water containing a neutral agent.
After washing with water, dry the filter thoroughly and use it
again.
REMARK
If the filters cannot be cleaned with air or in water, replace them
with new ones.

REPLACE AIR CONDITIONER BELT

1. Loosen 3 bolts (1) and lock nut (2), then move compressor (3)
to the side.
2. Replace the V-belt.
When adjusting the V-belt, do not push the compressor
directly with a bar. Use adjust nut (4).
Tighten adjust nut (4) and bolts (1), and apply tension to the
V-belt. The standard deflection for the V-belt is approx. 18
to 22 mm (0.71 to 0.88 in) when the belt is pushed by thumb
(approx. 58.8 N {6 kg}) at a point midway between the air
compressor pulley and fan pulley.
