Supply
Status
No voltage The supply voltage is less than 10% of the rated voltage.
Undervoltage The supply voltage is less than the undervoltage threshold.
Overvoltage The supply voltage is greater than the overvoltage threshold.
Phase A phase of the power supply is open.

Voltage The difference between the minimum and maximum phase
unbalance
voltages of the power supply exceeds the percentage of the
overvoltage or undervoltage threshold.
Incorrect The phase sequence of the power supply is incorrect.
