Case
The inverter
is not
normal.
The charger
generates an
alarm.
The UPS
works in
bypass mode
and does not
transfer to
inverter
mode.
The bypass is
not normal.
The ATS is
not normal.
Issue 09 (2019-12-20)
Symptom
The buzzer is
activated, the Fault
indicator is on, the
inverter is faulty,
and the UPS
transfers to bypass
mode.
The buzzer is
activated, the Fault
indicator is on, and
the charging
function fails.
When the mains is
normal, the UPS
works in bypass
mode and does not
transfer to inverter
mode.
The buzzer is
activated, and the
Fault indicator is
on.
After being
powered on, the
ATS automatically
switches from ON
to OFF or switches
between ON and
OFF repeatedly.

Possible Cause
The power module is
faulty.
The UPS is overloaded
or short-circuited.
Inverter overtemperature
occurs.
The power module is
faulty.
The charger fails.
The charger experiences
overcurrent.
The charger experiences
undervoltage.
Set the UPS working
mode to ECO mode.
The bypass transfer
times reach the upper
threshold.
The bypass thyristor is
damaged.
The bypass module
experiences
overtemperature.
The input three-phase
sequence is incorrect.
7 Troubleshooting
Measure
module.
Replace the power
module.
Reduce load or rectify
short circuits.
Install more air
conditioners or
ventilation devices to
ensure normal
temperatures inside the
equipment room.
Replace the power
module.
Replace the power

Check whether the
configured number of
batteries is correct. If the
value is correct but the
alarm persists, replace
the power module.
Set the working mode
correctly.
Clear the bypass transfer
times on the LCD.
