Chain Tension
Transmission 01/2020 and After
Each #40 Drive Chain tension can be adjusted by
loosening and adjusting their Tension Idler Sprockets to
obtain about 1/4" - 3/8" Slack. Figure 4-4.

#550 Drive Chain between the Front Roller and
Transmission should have approximately 2" of total
deflection. Loosen the Nylatron Idler and adjust
accordingly to obtain 1" of deflection in both directions.
