4 Replacement Procedures
10. Make sure five latches on top and three latches on the right side are secured.
Five latches (on the top side)
Remove the paper from
the new double-sided tape
Cell guide
Backlight unit
Make sure no dust, foreign matters
or scratches are on the face

11. Secure seven screws in the order indicated in the figure below.
CAUTION: 1. Be sure to secure the screws in the order indicated in the figure below
and that none of the screws are loose.
2. Tighten all eight screws to a torque of 147mN·m (1.5kgf·cm).
3. Use a point size 0 Phillips screwdriver.
4. Make sure the PCBs are not on the frame.
12. Apply the Y insulation sheet.
13. Apply the X insulation sheet.
