Step 7 Determine the area on the CPU that will be in contact with the heat sink, and use
a clean blade or card to evenly paste 0.4 ml of thermal compound on the area.
Six methods for pasting thermal compound are shown in
five-point, S-shaped, and cross pasting methods are recommended.
