7.10 Carriage Assembly

The Carriage Assembly contains the Handler, which moves front to back and vertically
within the library while carrying the Gripper Assembly with the barcode reader. The Grip-
per Assembly grasps the tape cartridges and moves fore and aft to insert or remove tape
cartridges.
