ready to be completely removed from the library.

A storage matrix may be heavy when loaded with tapes and caution should
be taken to securely grasp the top handle when removing it or inserting it in-
to the library. Tilting the storage matrix when it is outside the library may
cause tapes to fall from the storage slots and become damaged.
