4-5 Melt Tank Unit Set Up

This section shows how to set up glue film
thickness and glue temperature.
WARNING
- Depress stop button before adjusting
melt tank.
- Ware gloves on your hands when you
set up melt tank unit. Melt tank is
heated up to around 200˚C. High tem-
perature can cause severe skin burn.
CAUTION
Do not turn glue film thickness adjust
screw until glue is ready for binding.
Necessary Tool : Allen Wrench (5 mm)

Open safety cover. And then open melt
tank cover.
