If the phone is not downloading a MAC-specific configuration file, ensure the

filename is all upper case.
Provisioning: "Use DHCP Option" is enabled, but the M100 KLE is not getting a
provisioning URL from the DHCP Server.
Ensure that DHCP is enabled in Network settings.

