Enables a repeater (such as the VSP605 Range Extender) to be
registered to the M100 KLE 4-Line base station.
0 (disabled), 1 (enabled)
system.eco
Enables or disables ECO mode.
0 (disabled), 1 (enabled)
system.x.registered_ipei
Read-only parameters indicating handset registration status (for both
auto & manual registration) (where x ranges from 1-10).
[blank] if no handset is registered to the slot

