Enables / disables an edge event interrupt for Port n.

Returns the state of the Edge Event Enable for Port n as a (unsigned) 0 or a 1.

detect registers.
– The Edge Event Status is cleared by reading PEDGE and/or NEDGE status
registers for that port.
– *RST Condition: not enabled.
