Remark Only the falling below or exceeding the limit value can be monitored. The limit
value is set separately for each channel with parameters 15 ... 22 (see Tab. 4/15).
The limit value monitoring of the sensor temperature range is activated as soon
as the diagnosis for the set limit value becomes active.
