Description With the analogue input modules, monitoring of individual faults can be activated
or deactivated (suppressed) independently of each other. Active monitoring
causes the following: The fault is:
Bit Bit 0:
Bit 1...6: reserved
Bit 7:
Values 1 = active (presetting); 0 = inactive
