(c) Sampling counter function
The pulses input during the specified sampling time (Sampling time setting ( Page 211, Section 8.4.4 (1)
(b))) can be counted. The sampling count value can be read out into the specified device by the Sampling
count value read instruction (ICSMPRD1(P)) ( Page 248, Section 8.10.1 (5)).
