Description
In the event of a fault, a report can be sent
directly to the control via the operating
software which immediately leads to a fault on
transfer.
Since a name was not given to the fault help
request here, the first 40 characters are used
automatically as the fault name on the internet
PC.
Irrespective of the person who is currently
logged on with SINUMERIK Integrate, the
person who made the request can enter
his/her details directly here. These identities
can be different.
The person who made the request can leave
his/her telephone number for any other
questions that may arise.
