Note
Use the PLC performance index to define the performance that may be used for
the SINUMERIK Interate PLC triggers. Each PLC trigger uses a certain number
of performance points.
This enables you to control the extent to which the PLC may be used by the PLC
triggers. The PLC performance index must be defined individually by the machine
manufacturer based on the performance capability of the PLC.

The S7 data types and formats can be found in the manual "Programming with
STEP 7 V5.4 (in the Appendix "Data and Parameter Types").
SINUMERIK Integrate does not support any times and floating point numbers.
The S7 data type is also determined by means of the data width. If a word is
defined, the following byte is, therefore, included automatically and blocked for a
separate format. If a double word is specified, all 4 bytes are assigned as double
word. SINUMERIK Integrate checks the plausibility of the possible formats. It
allows only permissible configurations (the data word 121, for example, is illegal).
The checkback signals in an individual DB behave according. However, 8 bytes are
available. In addition, you must assign identifiers to 4 bytes before and after the 8
bytes. These identifiers are evaluated for write privileges.
