Ensure all library requests have completed.

Take all library drives offline (see

Open the rear doors of the Base Module (and DEM if present).

Turn off the power enable switches.

If necessary, turn off the circuit breakers on the PDUs.

Open the rear doors of the Base Module (and DEM if present).

If necessary, turn on the circuit breakers on the PDUs.

Turn on the power enable switches.
3.
The library goes through the initialization sequence. If someone opened the access
doors while the library was off, the library performs a full audit.

following procedure, you risk possible equipment damage, cartridge
damage, and loss of data.
