the OpenCom 130 has not restarted
properly, reset the OpenCom 130 to

Make sure the telephone has been
properly connected.
Check also whether the appropriate
port has been configured correctly in

Check whether a user is configured
for the telephone. Otherwise the
settings of the Guests user group are
valid for the telephone. To standard,
this user group has no external call
authorisation.
