This command is used to assign the office number of calling party/center office for Centralized Billing-
CCIS when using PN-AP00-B/PN-AP00-D with MRCA program.

calling party is not sent from the local office.

NOTE: If using a leading digits of 0 and 0 is required to print at the SMDR terminal, assign "A"
for each leading 0 to be printed. If the leading digits 0 is not required to print at the SMDR
terminal, assign "0".
