Description
Set the sampling threshold voltage step size. The step size is used
during an auto alignment in determining the optimal sampling threshold
voltage. The optional units are V and mV. The default value/unit is
0.02 V.

Description
Return the sampling threshold voltage step size. The range is 0.005 V to
0.02 V.
