EOP SWITCH (HIGH PRESSURE SIDE)

INSPECTION

SWITCH WIRE HARNESS INSPECTION
(*) Refer
(BF175AK1·200AK1·225AK1: 62ZY300).
Remove the cylinder head (page 14-23*).
Disconnect the switch wire 6P connector
the main wire harness.
Check for continuity between the No.1 (Yellow/Red)
and No.5 (Green) terminals of the switch wire 6P
connector.
• If there is continuity, the switch wire harness is OK.
• If there is no continuity, check for an open in the
wire.
If the wire is OK, check the EOP switch (high
pressure side).
SWITCH INSPECTION
Disconnect the 2P connector
switch (High pressure side) [2].
Check for continuity between the EOP switch (High
pressure side) terminals.
• If there is continuity, the EOP switch is OK.
• If there is no continuity, replace the EOP switch
(high pressure side).
