Connect the water tubes [1] to the exhaust manifolds.
Connect the fuel tube G [1] to the fuel pump (low
pressure side) [2].
Install the fuel tube G to the hose clip [3].
Connect the fuel tube A [1] and B [2] to the fuel strainer
[3].
Install the fuel strainer to the strainer bracket [4].
Install the fuel tube A from the hose clamp [5].
Install the starter cable (–) [1] and bolt (8 x 18 mm) [2].
Install the following parts:
– Oil case/Exhaust pipe/Water tube (page 12-8*)
– Fuel pump (High pressure side)/Vapor separator
(page 5-49)
– Water separator (page 5-50)
– Front cover bracket (page 6-12*)
– Engine cover bracket (page 6-11*)
– Electric parts case (page 10-7)
– Power tilt relay case (page 10-8)
Connect the battery positive (+) cable, then negative (–)
cable to the battery.
