6.4 Further information on device configuration in Program mode

6.4.1 Standard setup

Use this procedure (menu item A4.1 Standard Setup) to change the length unit, tank type, tank
height, current output variable, 0% range, 100% range, current output range and error function.
Values and parameters that can be changed are shown between the « ... » marks in the
illustrations that follow. Push the keypad buttons in the correct sequence:

have an effect on the performance of the device.

When you do the Standard setup
page of the LCD display (in Normal mode) automatically uses settings with the same parameters
and values as the current output settings (measurement variable, 0% range and 100% range).
The first measurement page shows "one value and bar" by default. If you must show one or more
measurement values that are different to the transmitted output signal, change the settings in
the C6.4 1st Meas. Page and C6.5 2nd Meas. Page menus. For more data, refer to Function
description on page 71

menu. If you set this menu item to "Cst.
Mass" (custom mass unit), enter values in
menu items C7.5.6.1 thru C7.5.6.3.

Enter a text (8 characters maximum) for the
