A typical staircase lighting function with a cut-out warning time can be
parameterised in the dynamic operating mode of the DALI-Gateway.
Task:
The DALI devices 1, 5 on main channel A and the first 15 devices on
auxiliary channel B should be used for staircase lighting. After the staircase
lighting is activated, the lamps should be lit at 100 % (maximum brightness)
within 2 seconds. This brightness level should continue for 30 seconds (Start
Scene). After a transition of 2 seconds, the brightness should dim to 50 %
brightness as a warning (End Scene), before the light switches off.

Devices A01 and A05 are set consecutively to the "dynamic" mode in the
parameter window "Device Channel A". All other devices on channel A retain
their "normal" parameterisation, where they can still be switched on and off
normally via the Device xy "Switch/Status" object and are not influenced by
the dynamic operation.

Staircase lighting – Dynamic parameterisation
Central channel B is used for the dynamic retrieval of the 15 devices of
channel B via the object channel B "On/Off" as there are fewer parameter
settings. For this purpose, dynamic mode must be parameterised in the
"Central Function A&B" parameter window.
