Functional description
Note: The scene is not continued if there is a bus voltage or supply voltage
failure. The brightness is set which is selected with voltage failure or
recovery on the "General" parameter window. If the operating voltage fails
on an individual DALI device, it will stop and will not be reintegrated into the
active lightscene even when the voltage recovers. The device will only be
activated the next time the scene is retrieved.
The store scene command over the EIB / KNX includes all 128
DALI samples. This means that a scene stored with the object
„store scene" will include all 128 DALI samples. Every DALI
samples will get the brightness in the moment of the storage.
The brightness stored over the ETS parameterisation and the
mask (sample not part of the scene) are lost. The next
download will restore the stored calibration if the parameter
„overwrite scene on download" is set with „yes".Otherwise the
stored scene values are protected.
Scene number
Option:
Scene 1
...
Scene 15
The lightscene to be parameterised can be selected with this parameter. A
maximum of 15 scenes are available of which two scenes can also be used
for the dynamic mode.
Overwrite scene on download
Option:
yes
no
With the "no" setting, the scene brightness values and scene transition times
in the DALI devices will not be overwritten during an ETS download or EIB
voltage recovery. The stored scene brightness values are retained. This can
be useful e.g. to protect a complex lightscene which has been set via
various buttons from being changed during a download.
Note: This can mean that the brightness values displayed in the
Scene X parameters window do not correspond to the actual
stored scene brightness values in the gateway and in the DALI
devices after an ETS download.
The "no" setting has the effect that the scene brightness values and scene
transition times in the DALI devices are overwritten by the ETS scene
values with an ETS download after an EIB recovery.
Channel Number
Option:
A
B
With this parameter, the channel is selected to which the device to be
parameterised is connected.
This parameter is visible if the parameter "overwrite the scene on download"
set with "yes".
