Download the application program to the Gateway. Place the EnOcean devices at their destination point and test their functionality (signal strength) You can use the i-bus Tool (www.abb.com/knx) for testing of the function and the signal strength. Recommendation: With a radius of 5m around the gateway the EnOcean devices should be certainly discovered.
The coverage distance (see Table 4.1) of the signal emitted by the ABB, or by any other EnOcean device, is determined by the room geometry and where they are placed. As an example, long narrow corridors with wide walls are an adverse situation.
