Functional description
The same function can be activated or deactivated for an individual
device with the coded device-related communication object "Lamp burn-
in". The respective DALI device must be selected beforehand with the
"Select Device" communication object. A more detailed description of the
DALI device control with two objects (addressing and function object) can
be found in chapter 4 in the "DALI device control" section.
The burn-in time is only counted if a DALI device is connected to the
channel and is ready for operation (supplied with power).
The function of the burn-in time remains activated in the event of an EIB
bus voltage failure and counts the period during which the DALI
equipment is switched on.
The information about the burn-in time which has elapsed up
to now is lost after a download or after a failure of the AC/DC
operating voltage on the DG/S. The burn-in time is
deactivated.
