Functional description
With these 1-byte communication objects, lightscenes can be stored
individually e.g. with a push button or another operating device.

Control scenes
Lightscenes 1 ... 15 Control scenes [Non EIS; 8-bit coded]: All 15 scenes can be
controlled via this 1-byte communication object using a coded telegram. The number of the
addressed scene is received via a telegram together with the information about whether the
scene should be retrieved or the current scene should be stored (if permitted).
