The Rx waveform displays the following when receiving a signal from a satellite system:

Check all Rx system equipment, including the splitters, if any slope or distortion is present.

A raised noise floor that obscures the low shoulders, similar to Figure A-4.

A flat top without any slope or distortion. Distortion can be caused by overdriven
equipment, impedance mismatches, or faulty equipment.
