Rx FEC Code Rate, where:
0 = 1/1 (Uncoded)
1 = 1/2
2 = 3/4
3 = 7/8
4 = 2/3
5 = 5/6
6 = 21/44
7 = 5/16
8 = 17/18
9 = Reserved
A = 1/3
B = .541
C = .451
D = .378
Depending on FEC type, not all selections will be valid.
Example: RCR=1 (selects Rate 1/2)

Rx Data rate, in kbps, in the form xxxxxx.xxx.
Resolution = 1 bps.
Example: RDR=002047.999 (selects 2047.999 kbps)
