Method Operation
Visual Check alignment mark accordance and damage at the home position. Also
check for nameplate damage.
Be sure nameplate is securely attached.
Visual Check for wear, damage and deterioration of leads.
Visual Clean the dust and the surface.
Check for damage, outside cracks, and grease leakage.

Spanner Tighten loose bolts.

Manual Check for loose connectors.

Manual Check for belt tension and wear.

Visual, Check for conduction between the main connected of connector base and
multimeter intermediate connector with manually shaking the wire.
Check for wear of protective spring.

Replace the battery pack when the battery alarm occurs or the manipulator
