Set the Average
:MEASure:SEMask:AVERage:COUNt <integer>

:MEASure:SEMask:AVERage[:STATe]?
Specifies the number of measurement averages used when
calculating the measurement result set Avg Number to ON. The
average will be displayed at the end of each sweep.

Set the Chan Integ BW
:MEASure:SEMask:BANDwidth|BWIDth:INTegration

Specifies the integration bandwidth used in calculating the
power in the main channel.

3.84 MHz
Range: 10% to 100% of the setting of Chan Span
Example:
