The Set Zoom Ratio setting is provided in [Function Setting] on the Utility menu. For details, see Section 7 of
the POD Administrator's Reference.

Press [COPY] tab to display the Copy Screen.

Press [Zoom].
The Zoom Screen will be displayed.

Specify the desired magnification ratio.
Vert./Horiz. Zoom (proportional):
Press [Vert./Horiz. Zoom] to highlight it. Use the keypad, [,], or [+] on the screen to enter the desired
magnification ratio. The entered ratio will be displayed on the screen.
% If wrong number is entered, continue by entering the correct number.
% Keep pressing arrow keys [,] or [+] to change the ratio in 0.001 (0.1%) steps at first, and then in
0.010 (1%) steps.
Vertical Zoom/Horizontal Zoom (individual):
Select [Vertical Zoom] or [Horizontal Zoom]. Use the keypad, [,], or [+] on the screen to enter the de-
sired magnification ratio. The entered ratios will be displayed separately with vertical and horizontal
icons.
% If wrong number is entered, continue by entering the correct number.
% Keep pressing arrow keys [,] or [+] to change the ratio in 0.001 (0.1%) steps at first, and then in
0.010 (1%) steps.
% When the vertical and horizontal zoom ratios are specified, entered ratios will be displayed sepa-
rately under Zoom on the Copy Screen.
