Installation
1. Place the seal (separator plate without channel separation)
onto the guide sleeves of the left-hand end plate.
Note
– Make sure that the separator plate is seated correctly,
see Fig. 5/6.
2. Then place the left-hand end plate on the manifold block.
3. Tighten the end plate at first by hand, so that the separ-
ator plate lies evenly on the manifold block and on the
end plate.
4. Tighten the screws with 3.5 Nm (+0.5 Nm).
Fitting/removing the right-hand end plate
Disassembly
1. Release the right-hand end plate of the CDVI by loosening
the two M5 screws in the end plate by one turn.
2. Then unscrew and remove the M5 screws from the mani-
fold block.
3. Remove the end plate from the manifold block of the
CDVI.
