5. Cleaning, maintenance and conversion

Procedure:
1. Please observe the general preventive actions
(see section 5.2).
2. Dismantle the CDVI if necessary (see section 5.3).
Inserting expansion blocks
3. Remove the right-hand end plate (see section 5.5.4
"End plates").
4. Place a separator plate, if necessary with pressure zone
separation (see section 5.5.3 "Pressure zones"), onto the
guide sleeves of the expansion block.
5. Place the expansion block next to the manifold block
(see Fig. 5/2).
6. Repeat point 2 if you wish to mount a second expansion
block. Place this expansion block next to the first expan-
sion block.
7. Assemble the right-hand end plate (see section 5.5.4
"End plates"). Make sure that the individual screw length
matches the extension.
