4. Commissioning

Procedure:
Warning
Before testing the valve-actuator combination:
– Make sure that nobody is in the danger zone.
Note
A valve which has been switched by an electric signal (in
switch position), cannot be reset to the normal position by
actuation of the manual override. The electric signal is
dominant in this case.
Reset the electric signal before actuating the manual

override.
1. Switch on the compressed air supply.
2. Check the functioning and effect of each valve-actuator
combination by actuating the relevant manual override.
3. Make sure that all valves are in the normal position before
commissioning the valve terminal.
4. Switch off the compressed air supply after testing the
valves.
