5. Cleaning, maintenance and conversion

Clean the valve terminal as follows:
– Use aluminium-compatible cleaning agents (e.g. from
Henkel Ecolab, Diversy Lever or Kärcher)
Use the cleaning agent in the concentration, at the processing
temperature and in an environmentally friendly manner ac-
cording to the specifications of the manufacturer (see data
sheet), but not at a processing temperature over +50°C.
After cleaning rinse the CDVI with plenty of clear water, so
•
that the cleaning agent cannot dry. Otherwise there will be
"increased concentration" which may damage the surface
of the CDVI.
