After switching on the compressed air supply or when
subsequently testing the individual valves, you can learn
the following about the operating status of the pneumatic
system:

Error handling when the
compressed air supply has been
switched off
• Check the sealing ring or the tubing
(if necessary, grease slightly)
• After switching on again, regulate the
external pilot air to 3 ... 8 bar.
• Fitting the CDVI directly onto the
mounting surface without using the
spacer bolts
• Check the tubing lines
• After restarting, check the operating
pressure (if necessary for each press
ure zone).
• Servicing required
• If the CDVI is operated with regulated
external pilot air, check the pilot
pressure at the regulator connection
when the compressed air is switched on
again (apply pressure , 3 bar at
regulator)
