Warning
Sudden unexpected movements of the connected actuat-
ors and uncontrolled movements of loose tubing lines can
cause injury to human beings or damage to property.
Before carrying out mounting, installation and mainten-
ance work, switch off the following:
– Compressed air supply
– Operating and load voltage supplies.
Pay attention to the following:
The components of the valve terminal contain electrostatically
sensitive elements. The components will be damaged if you
touch the contact surfaces of the plug connectors or if you do
not observe the handling specifications electrostatically
sensitive components.
