Suggested action
Verify a successful pairing of the device
with the PC. If the problem is still present,
verify the EMR and the patient window are
running. If the problem is still present,
verify the Bluetooth device signal strength.
If the problem is still present, verify the PC
hardware and configuration. If the problem
is still present, verify the Bluetooth device
hardware.
Reboot the monitor. If the problem persists,
replace the Bluetooth radio. If the problem
persists, replace the main PCBA.
Replace the Bluetooth radio. If the problem
persists, replace the main PCBA.
Verify a successful pairing between the
device and the PC. If the problem is still
present, verify the Bluetooth signal
