Errors During Operation
If errors occur during operation, you can consult the Digitizer Remote Display
messages on the control PC. The Digitizer Remote Display is independent
from the NX Software.

Check the Ethernet
cables. If the error
remains, restart PC and
digitizer or call service.

Remove the cassette
flashing
Switch off the digitizer
and open the front
cover. If there is no
image plate visible in
the transport unit
close and switch on
the digitizer. After
Red,
restart remove the
constant
cassette from the
digitizer and check if
there is an image plate
inside the cassette.
