To remove a jammed cassette from the AGFA CR 30-X:
1. Slide out the front cover. 2. Gently remove the jammed image plate. Do not use force. If it cannot be removed gently, contact your service organization. 3. If needed, manually release the cassette by accessing the front of the CR reader. Underneath, there is a silver bar in the middle that can be turned by hand to release the cassette. 4. Close the front cover after removal.

Not performing the regular maintenance by appropriately certified people can have impact on warranty commitments.
