Figure 10.9 shows Historical Pulsed RF- pulse width control
When the temperature limit is reached the pulse width is changed as opposed to the pulse
amplitude. Note that the pulse width is changed the moment the temperature limit is reached, the
width is varied to keep the temperature below the temperature limit. Though this is better than
amplitude control, it still implies that treatments will not be consistent and uniform between
patients.
