Introduction

Spatial FOG Dual is a ruggedised GPS aided inertial navigation system and AHRS that
provides accurate position, velocity, acceleration and orientation under the most
demanding conditions. It combines ultra high accuracy fibre optic gyroscopes,
accelerometers, magnetometers and a pressure sensor with a dual antenna RTK GNSS
receiver. These are coupled in a sophisticated fusion algorithm to deliver accurate and
reliable navigation and orientation.
Spatial FOG Dual can provide amazing results but it does need to be set up properly
and operated with an awareness of it's limitations. Please read through this manual
carefully to ensure success within your application.
The Spatial FOG Manager software is downloadable from the software section. It allows
Spatial FOG Dual to be easily configured and tested. It is referenced throughout this
manual.
